With over 30 years of experience in both private and government practice, Mr. MacMahon has substantial experience in many areas of the law, with significant practice areas including contract law, employment law, personal injury, chancery court matters, municipal court matters, real estate transactions, and estate planning/estate litigation. Mr. MacMahon started his legal career in 1986 as an associate at a large major law firm here in New Jersey assisting in the representation of large national corporate clients. In 1991, Mr. MacMahon made the personal decision to begin his own law practice and to concentrate on attending to the legal needs of individuals and "smaller" corporate clients. Mr. MacMahon has committed himself to providing the same exceptional legal services to his clients that he observed major law firms providing to their large corporate clients, and to do so in a cost-effective manner. To this end, Mr. MacMahon gives every matter his own individual attention.

Mr. MacMahon is a graduate of Rutgers College and Georgetown University Law Center. He is a member of the Bergen County Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Justice Robert L. Clifford Inn of Court. Mr. MacMahon is a former Municipal Attorney and Former Municipal Prosecutor.

Having served for three years on the District X Ethics Committee, which oversees attorney conduct, Mr. MacMahon is aware that the most frequent complaint made about attorneys is a lack of communication with the client.
